Prior to Greater, Brett worked at 500 Startups, running the accelerator that invested in businesses like Eaze, and Baker (acq. by TILT) and helped grow business at Snapchat ($SNAP) and Casper ($CSPR) pre IPO
Helene has been operating and advising consumer brands over the last 10 years
Helene is an active investor to several brands and tech companies. She also sits on the board for the Women’s Interdisciplinary Society of Entrepreneurship, and is a member of Women in Venture Capital
Charlie is an experiential marketer and actor. As the brand director at Flower Co., he used his filmmaking experience to produce some of the first Cannabis commercials. He is best known for “Break Up With Your Dealer”, the second most watched commercial in Cannabis.
Previous to Greater, Charlie ran one of the biggest influencer programs in Cannabis, delivering medicated pizzas and weed adorned bouquets to hundreds of celebrities.
Mikey has been operating in manufacturing facilities for the last 6 years in all areas of process optimization, and supply chain management
Prior to Greater, Mikey was the VP of Operations at Grupo Flor. Where he managed a multi-brand distribution portfolio including Leune, Golden State Bananas, and Old Pal. He has also worked with Indus Holdings, and Northwest Cannabis Solutions
Aaron has an academic background in entrepreneurship and has focused his early career in marketing & growth for startups
Aaron has previously worked across the media landscape with high profile clients and led the brand ambassador program at Flower Company
Chris is a mechanical engineer who has built out sophisticated systems for the cannabis industry and has been the host of MIT Enterprise Forum’s cannabis technology series.
Prior to Greater, Chris was CTO of STEM Cultivation Inc. based out of Massachussets, he holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University
